We Three Kings

TCB’s “Three Kings’ Kolsch” is a beer inspired by the historic Kölner Dom cathedral or Cologne Cathedral in English in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. The inspiration for the name “Three Kings” comes from the belief that the three kings who rode to see Jesus have their remains buried under the cathedral. This is a light to medium-light carmel colored beer accented nicely by the German Hersbrucker finishing hops. This collaboration with South Main Street Brewing will be an excellent beer for tipping back in late Spring/early Summer with an expected ABV around 5.7% and that’s exactly what we plan to do. Stay tuned for more brewing updates. Cheers!

Red, White, Blue, and the Gnatural

This past Fourth of July, part of the TCB got together with family and friends to enjoy another year of Freedom. We couldn’t imagine a better occasion to brew a batch of the fan favorite, the Gnatural amber ale.

After much anticipation, we popped the first couple bottles over Labor Day to ring in the start of another College football season. It gets better and better every time we brew it. Cannot wait to make this one again. Hope to drink it with you soon!
