TCB’s “Three Kings’ Kolsch” is a beer inspired by the historic Kölner Dom cathedral or Cologne Cathedral in English in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. The inspiration for the name “Three Kings” comes from the belief that the three kings who rode to see Jesus have their remains buried under the cathedral. This is a light to medium-light carmel colored beer accented nicely by the German Hersbrucker finishing hops. This collaboration with South Main Street Brewing will be an excellent beer for tipping back in late Spring/early Summer with an expected ABV around 5.7% and that’s exactly what we plan to do.
